 Porch Decor – No-Return / Non-Refundable Policy

At Porch Decor, we specialize in providing high-quality, year-round porch decoration services. Please read this policy carefully before booking, as all clients agree to the following terms upon payment.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All services provided by Porch Decor, including seasonal porch installations, custom decorations, and rentals, are non-refundable. By booking our services, you acknowledge that all payments are final.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment for services is required upfront before installation. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellations, changes, or no-shows.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: Any cancellation after payment is not eligible for a refund.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations: If Porch Decor must cancel due to emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit toward a future service may be issued.

4. Service Satisfaction

While refunds are not offered, we strive for client satisfaction. Any concerns about installation or decor will be addressed promptly to ensure a positive experience.

5. Liability

Porch Decor is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by weather after installation
• Loss or theft of decorations installed on the property
• Any personal injury or property damage unrelated to our direct actions

By booking services, the client agrees to these terms.
